Each supplier will update his price in the system; each supplier allows to update the price three times from tender begging. Each supplier that participant in tender can see prices of other vendors online. Customer will not see all competition process between suppliers, only the best offer for present moment. After 72 hours tender will be closed ALL4BOM system automatically will send to the customer result report with prices, lead time date code and payment terms from each supplier.
Each supplier will get new customers from all over the world; update customers from all over the world about new products, will get objectively feedback to your quotes and fair competition opportunity, will save money on marketing.
Customer will get the completive prices and availability of material from suppliers in a single click. Instead of sending a lot of RFQ's to suppliers each day, send requests for quotes to several suppliers (all suppliers or only approved in customer AVL suppliers) in a single click and save your time and money.
Tender Types:
Tender between Authorized Distributors
In the case of such a tender type, customer requests for quotes will be send only to authorize distributors.
Tender between brokers
In the case of such a tender type requests for quotes will be send only to brokers who have announced that they have stock of the item.
Tender as per technical request
In the case of such a tender type customer should enter technical parameters that he needs in to the system and All4BOM system automatically will send your request to suppliers. Suppliers that defined in ALL4BOM system will get back to customer with their datasheet, part number and prices
Tender between approved in customers AVL suppliers
If the customer wants to configure only suppliers that he wanted to work with them, so ALL4BOM system will approve him to do the settings and in this case all requests for quote will be send to defined suppliers only.
Second Source Service
When you choose new components we can help you to select item with few replacements, which is also common, also available as well as competitive prices.
This will allow you to enjoy the best price from beginning; you will not be independent from one supplier and will not have problems in production from small to big quantities.

Escrow
Escrow involves to complete the deal when all details (price, shipment terms, payment terms etc...) closed. If the customer and supplier have agreed on the condition but there are still concerns, Escrow is necessary. The process begins when the customer accepts the vendor’s offer, the process starts when all the data entered into the system and then customer should transfer money to ALL4BOM that will be in this deal like trust fund.
ALL4BOM will hold the money until all conditions of the transaction will not be completed. Customer should get components check them and to approve then supplier will get the money, in case that customer found problem with the item he needs to send Test report and to explain in it why items that he got are not good. Customer should approve or reject the item and send a report to ALL4BOM in case of rejection. If reply from the customer will exceed the week off agreed between the customer and supplier ALL4BOM will transfer the money to supplier.
